Falck Roadside Assistance Sweden signs exclusive partnership agreement with Mekonomen Group
Falck can today proudly announce their exclusive partnership with Mekonomen Group for the Swedish RSA market. By providing Mekonomen Group´s customers with a complete RSA journey including 24/7 support and full coverage to Mekonomen Group´s workshops, combined with Mekonomen Group workshop offerings, Falck and Mekonomen Group will drive loyalty through the whole value chain.
As the only supplier in the market with full line of RSA services, including our own RSA insurance – covering unforeseen breakdowns for Mekonomen Group´s customers, Falck thereby secure high service with short response rates. We are very happy that Falck and Mekonomen Group now engage their collaboration on a deeper level through workshop service activated roadside products.
